Sojourners Ministries wishes to announce its new opportunity for the English-speaking Church to teach English as a Second Language (ESL) from the security of their home computer. THE REENTRY TEAM: CARING FOR YOUR RETURNING MISSIONARIES

It will soon be here! This book by Neal Pirolo (author of Serving as Senders) addresses this much neglected, yet greatly needed area of missionary care. This new book available through Emmaus Road International gives us a thoughtful study on how to care for returning missionaries. The findings of a forum on Missionary Training for Latinos is now available. This forum was designed to identify the most effective way to provide missionary training for Latinos in a contextualized setting that meets their needs, style of learning and cultural particulars. The topics addressed are: General Training Ideas, The Target Group, The Local Church, Character Development, Curriculum, Practical Training, and Resources. TRAIN IN TESOL

A TESOL workshop (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) will be held in Jerusalem this September! If you’re interested in being trained as an English teacher you’ll need this one- month training course to give you the tools you need for the job, no matter where in the world you’re heading. EQUIP is a study program developed by VMI that is designed to assist the new student of the Word of God not only to understand the significance and depth of God’s Word but also to aid in the development of the spiritual life.
