TRAIN International, based in Joplin, MO, offers cross-cultural training that is affordable, customizable, and mobile. They have several types of training available: pre-field training (June 1-19), language acquisition training (September 7-18), debriefing (Aug 3-7 and Oct. 5-9), church coaching to help churches send and sustain their missionaries (scheduled as needed), short-term trip leaders training (scheduled as needed), and mid-term restrategizing (in the Joplin area, Aug. 31-Sept. 4; can be hosted on a field outside of the US, call for details).
