The school includes a 12-week lecture phase, including topics such as hearing God’s voice, spiritual warfare, and the character of God, and a 2-month foreign outreach. 4) The Damara Of Namibia: "To The Point Of Death…"

As Christian workers were driving through Namibia last month, they met two Damara men at the petrol station. One of the men had on a T-shirt with the verse from Revelation 2:10b. When the man was asked whether he believed the verse, he laughed and shrugged his shoulders. The Christian worker found the passage in her Bible and read, “Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you the crown of life.” As the two men started talking about their church they attended, it was not clear if they knew much about Jesus Christ but it was pretty clear that they did not know him personally. How sad, that they wore upon their bodies, words they did not understand. How sad, that no one had shared the life-changing and life-saving message with them. Please pray for these two men, pray that they will seek the Truth of these words in their lives. Pray for the Damara people to not only attend one of the few churches in the area, but also pray that the churches will share the Good News of the Gospel to their congregations. Pray for the Damara people of Namibia. For more information about the unengaged peoples of Namibia, visit …

8) Like Brigada? Please pass the word

Enjoyed some nugget in Brigada at one point or another down through the years? If so, please help us spread the word. We constantly find that the best way to grow Brigada is through a simple block of text like this:

Hey… have you ever stopped by Brigada? They have a website at:
http://www.brigada.org/
but the best way to have our memories jogged as to when they update it is to simply subscribe to the email version. It averages out to once a week, although, to be honest, because it’s written by real missionaries, sometimes they run behind. The thing is, it’s written by real missionaries… and they eventually always catch up. Anyway, to subscribe to the email version, just send an email of any kind (it doesn’t matter what’s in the subject) to:
brigada-today-subscribeatgooglegroupsdotcom  (brigada-today-subscribeatgooglegroupsdotcom)

That’s it! That’s all you have to do. And by the way, they never share your information with anybody, nor sell nor give out their mailing list.

Obviously, you can make the referral even better by adding in a personal note if you’ve ever come across anything worthwhile in Brigada. And thanks in advance for passing on the Brigada good news!

10) Give A Gift That Keeps On Giving

Your gift to Brigada keeps on giving back to you because it gets archived to the web! Unlike many websites, which feature a banner only for a set period of time, your gift to Brigada becomes a permanent part of our searchable archives. Your gift will *forever* (well, as long as we have the web anyway) be pointing to your loved one, your ministry, your business, or your project. Just click on one of the “Donor” links at the top of this page. Both are safe, the one with PayPal and the other with one of the most well-known “real” online merchants on the web. Neither requires you to open an account with anyone … and neither ever spams you. Or, if you prefer, just send an old-fashioned check payable to Team Expansion to: Team Expansion (Brigada), 13711 Willow Reed Dr., Louisville, KY 40299. (Team Expansion is a 501(c)3 incorporation so for USA citizens, your checks made out to Team Expansion are tax-deductible.) As always, be sure to let us know if you’d like us to promote any particular service or ministry, or if you’d prefer your gift be anonymous. And thank you in advance for helping.
