thankyouHats off to a couple preparing for a ministry in linguistics and medicine — who wrote, “No, I don’t have a project or specific ministry.  I just enjoy reading Brigada! Brigada helps us to stay focused on our long-term goals, and helps us from getting bogged down in the details of this (really loooong) time of preparation.” Thank you for undergirding Brigada with $50 as we wrap up 2009!

Thanks, too, to the “True Fan” of Brigada who works up in the Andes Mountains of Peru, with a heart for the Int’l School of Ministry, on the web at

http://www.isom.org

With courses in over 70 languages (primary school) plus Youthbytes and WOW (Women of the World), this ministry is one to watch. The latest is 5 classes by Lance Wallnau on the 7 Mountain Strategy.

We’re grateful to a worker in North Africa who sent $100 yesterday – to become a true friend of Brigada and to finish and completely leverage the matching gift from the int’l church in the Middle East. Thank you!

Thanks to the long-time Californian friend of Brigada who, when sending his gift for $35, wrote, “Thanks Doug. I enjoyed and appreciated your work with “Brigada Today” as a missions pastor. I’m retired now (<g> Do we ever?) but still appreciate your efforts in this very important endeavor. For His Glory!”

A pair of True Friends of Brigada sent $100 from Plano, Texas as well. Thank you!!!

Because of the gift-match donation from an international church in the Middle east, the gifts above increased to $570.81!!!! This brings to $9174.38 our total so far for 2009. There’s still a  small amount in the undergirding money that Brigada received from the int’l church in the Middle East.
