Emily wrote recently to familiarize us with this conference. “This is designed for those of us who work in missions home offices. This year, it’s in Rockville, VA (just outside Richmond) at an IMB base and is from December 1-3.  There are lots of breakout type sessions–6 of them in each area of Mobilization, HR, Training and Member Care. If you’ve never been to one of these, I highly recommend it. It’s a great place for learning from others who do what you do, plus have a component of personal development.” More details are on their website at
