Sadly it is another production based on the idea that guilt stimulation = mobilisation. We do not have to work up a series of numbers (many of which could be challenged for accuracy) to motivate people for mission. We need to expose them to a clear biblical theology of mission, to the nature of our God who desires to be known, and to the nature of his church in this world. We need to grapple with John 17:13-23, long before we look at the numbers. Move men and women. through God, by prayer and his word.
