Workers at TEAM Mexico have developed a Power Point template that can easily be adapted to create a cultural acquisition program for your new workers. It is especially attractive to the millennial generation because it includes hands-on activities, short videos, and brief articles. The topic of each page (“food,” “holidays,” “courtship and marriage,” “religion,” etc.) stays the same, but you replace the activities and graphics with more culturally appropriate ones.
