youre invitedIf you read Brigada, occasionally or regularly, would you pause for a moment today to ask who else might enjoy doing so? Brigada’s aim is to identify and promote resources, trends and motivation to fulfill the Great Commission. We’re trying to inspire others to help pass the baton of responsibility and initiative in world evangelism; to form a kind of “brigade” so that, shoulder to shoulder, we can finish the Task that Jesus assigned us in Matthew 28:19-20. Do you know someone who might resonate with that idea? Remember, Brigada is free — forever. During one season each year (November-December), we invite participants to make a gift to unreached peoples in the name of Jesus Christ by propelling Brigada forward with a gift to offset our web hosting fees, email services, lightweight marketing costs, and to offset the salary of our assistant. We’ve always said we’d never take any more than $17,000 per year max. (FYI — gifts have never reached that limit anyway.) After $17K, we’ll ask people to stop giving — just like Moses did. (We pray for that chance someday… to tell people there’s no need to give any more for the rest of the year.) But at the end of the day, we still give away all our services without regard to whether or not a participant is a donor. (However, donors do get prime space and they also go to the front of the line in the queue of items waiting to be published.)

So would you consider copying and pasting the following text in your next newsletter or update? If so, we’d be grateful, and your readers might like it too!

“Brigada is an e-zine and web journal offering resources, mission trends, motivation, strategy tips, tools & “hacks” to Great Commission Christians. It’s free (though donations are welcome, especially during the Christmas season) and just might be the longest-running regular missions publication on the web — weekly since January 1995. To learn more, simply visit brigada.org. You can subscribe to the email version by entering your email address in the upper right sign-up form.”

Thanks for your partnership in accelerating the fulfillment of the Great Commission!
