David Garrison is the real deal. In this talk at Finishing the Task, he chronicles the history of “movements” — from Pentecost to the Present. Yes, he’s mainly describing movements made up of Muslims deciding to follow Jesus as their Lord, but the ramifications — and potential — are similar, in my opinion, for all major world religions, if we pray enough, plan enough, and invest enough energy.
So we encourage you to watch this talk all the way through. Then pray hard for the workers you and your church support. Pray hard for the team of workers with which you serve. And ask God to work a mighty work among unengaged and unreached peoples throughout the globe.
