Are you an artist interested in using your skills to reach the unreached? Create International Taiwan is running the SoCAM once again next year. This 24-week program in Danshui, Taiwan, trains students to use comics and animation to reach UPGs. Students will also be going on a outreach and producing an animated short film that will be used on the field. It runs from the 25th of March until the 6th of September, 2019.
