thank you

13) We’re Grateful for…

…the folks at Mission Data International, who sent $200 this past week, twice over True Fans of Brigada. God bless you.
… an anonymous worker in N. Africa who wrote, “Thanks to Brigada for great contributions to the Kingdom every week.” This worker enclosed a $100 gift to Jesus through Brigada for the sake of unreached peoples. God bless you!
… a $100 gift from a True Fan of Brigada in Spokane, WA. Thank you!

To join them, just mail a check payable to Team Expansion (Brigada), 13711 Willow Reed Drive, Louisville, KY 40299. Team Expansion is a 501(c)3 incorporation so, for USA citizens, your gift to Christ through Team Expansion is tax-deductible. 13) We’re Grateful for…

… Two Brigada participants in Elgin, IL, who just sent $100 with a note of encouragement.
… the True Fan from Annandale, VA, who sent $100 as a boost to Christ’s work through Brigada for the nations. Thank you!!
… and for the amazing encourager who sent $250!!! From Ashburn, VA! God bless you. Amazing.
… And for the anonymous donor from Newtown, PA, — a true fan — who sent $100. God bless you!
… Workers in International Outreach United who sent $100 PLUS International Outreach United itself, who sent $100 more.

http://www.visualstorynetwork.org/

… and for a $50 gift from StoryRunners. Learn more about their work at…

http://www.StoryRunners.org

… for the worker who, because of his station in life, couldn’t afford to give much, but wanted to give something — so he has set up a recurring monthly PayPal donation of $1 per month. Bless his heart.
… and for the True Blue Fan from Dallas who just sent $150!!! God bless you!
… for the friend of Brigada in Murray, Kentucky, who just sent $50.
In all of these cases, one of the best parts would be the personal notes of encouragement people send. One friend, who works with Bethany Interational, commented, “My husband and I have followed Brigada for many years and recommended it to many others so we are glad to make a contribution. Thanks for all you and your team do to benefit the global missions force. None of us can do this alone. We all need one another and our jobs are made easier through the resource sharing/informing that you make possible.” Amen and God bless you in your work.

13) We’re Grateful for Those Who Help Pay the Bills

We’re also thankful for the $100 gift from Mission Network, based in Mount Vernon, WA. They believe in Brigada enough to make a monthly pledge of $100, partly because they want to dare other agencies, churches, and individuals to do the same. God bless you!!! Learn more about Mission Network at…

Or maybe they can’t give much. ISA gave $7.26 this past week. Learn more about the insurance policies they serve up, whether for trip cancellation insurance or otherwise, at…

These gifts total $600 and raise our 2013 gift total to $12,664.11, just $4455.89 short of our 2013 budget needs of $17,120. We have one more week to receive goals for 2013. If you or your church would like to pitch in, we’d be extremely grateful. But either way, after next edition, we keep quiet about money until November 2013. We give praise to God for the way people have pitched in. We’ve now taken the plunge and have engaged an assistant to help us part-time. And what a difference she has made in posting to the web (she’s doing virtually all of it now)! If you’d like to donate during this final week for 2013, just navigate to …

Logos software for $127.49. Logos has thousands of Bibles and books available for study, personal devotions, and more. Check them out at…

http://www.logos.com/brigada

Mission Network, Mt. Vernon, WA, for $100. God bless you Mission Network!

From a Brigada reader in Greensboro, NC, a gift of $50 (Thank you!)

And from a Brigada reader in New York, a gift of $100. God bless you.

On a regular basis, Brigada sends out helpful resources to workers throughout the entire world. Not a single worker has to pay any subscription fee. The Brigada website offers up 18 years of archived resources, completely free. Visitors don’t even have to register. Unfortunately, we do have expenses. We cover the costs of a part-time assistant, pay for hosting and server fees, do light marketing, as well as a substantial array of help in outreaches to unreached peoples and cities. How is this possible? Because of the kindness and unselfishness of people like you. If only a few dozen readers sent a $100 end-of-year gift, our entire annual budget would be done… and, like always, we wouldn’t mention finances again for an entire additional year. Want to help? Click “donate” at the top of any Brigada page, or, mail a check made payable to Team Expansion (Brigada), 13711 Willow Reed Drive, Louisville, KY 40299. Team Expansion is a 501(c)3 incorporation so, for USA citizens, your gift to Christ through Team Expansion is tax-deductible. We’ll quickly send a thank-you note and receipt. We won’t add you to any mailing list unless you request it. Thanks for your prayers, your partnership, and your participation in the Brigada family!

13) We Give Thanks…

…For the $100 gift from to Christ through Brigada from the great state of Texas, where the donor wishes to remain anonymous for the glory of God.

…For a $300 gift from partners in Illinois. We’re praising God right now for this kind of commitment and partnership. May He bless these partners mightily.

…For a small business with a big heart for missions, and a $50 gift to Brigada, at…

http://www.Cronin.JuicePlus.com

where they help people get healthier with whole food.

…For an encouraging gifts from Minnesota and Missouri respectively, both for $100 each. May God bless these partners.

…For a gift of $500 from a donor on the other side of the state of Kentucky. We are humbled, sobered, yet inspired on to tackle the future.

…For a gift of $30 from donors who gave to Brigada in gratitude for the way this ministry has helped them in their own mission work.

…For a gift of $5 from a friend in Michigan. May God bless you!!!

May God bless Mission Network, Mt. Vernon, WA, for sending a fantastic gift of $100. The great part is, they’ve done the same every month for the past year. Would you consider asking your church to do the same?

You see, we prayerfully set a modest budget of $17,120 for 2013. (This annual amount has remained unchanged for nearly a decade.) With it, we pay hosting fees, some travel costs, some marketing expenses, and modest salaries. Each week, thousands of people actively open and click on items in Brigada from nations all over the world. Many live in regions with unfavorable economic situations. Others are more blessed. If just 172 people would take on Brigada as a special cause for their end-of-year giving… and if each of those 172 people would make a single $100 donation, our entire year’s budget would be met. You could join us in a brief celebration in the next edition — and then we wouldn’t have to ask again for another year. The great news is, throughout the year, including gifts this past week, we’ve already received $5191.62. (Thank you!!!) So the truth is, we really only need 120 additional partners to send $100 each. Would you prayerfully consider becoming one of those 120 “True Fans” of Brigada today? You can give via a credit card or PayPal by clicking the “Donate” button (upper right at www.brigada.org). Or you can mail a check made payable to Team Expansion (Brigada), 13711 Willow Reed Drive, Louisville, KY 40299.

For an anonymous gift of $200 from a great partner of Brigada. He insisted on not giving his name, but he lives to serve others and may God bless him. Another anonymous donor gave $30. Join us in praying that God will bless them both please.
