Paul Hattaway has recently completed what will certainly be the definitive introduction to China's 400+ minorities, Operation China: Introducing all the Peoples of China. As you can infer from the title, this book is a prayer guide (Patrick Johnstone wrote the Foreword and will use much info from this book in the new edition of Operation World), introducing 1-2 minority groups per day to be prayed for. Hattaway, based on more than 10 years of research, packs this book with info on each minority: population, alternate names, location, religion, languages, status of evangelization, customs, and history. This book is a must for anyone desiring all the "nations" of China to know the Savior. International Turkey Network would like to invite you and your church to participate in an "International Concert of Prayer for Turkey." Its members are asking churches and individuals around the world to set aside some time during the weekend of June 1st - 3rd for a time of prayer focused on the nation of Turkey. We will be posting some suggested items for intercession and general formats that you might want to use. We will suggest a two-hour concert of prayer, but will also offer ideas for formatting a one-hour meeting and a 15-minute section of a worship service. If you schedule a time of prayer let us know how approximately how many will be participating.
