Have you seen the new ejournal for missionaries exploring avenues of receptivity and seeking to understand how to reach unreached people groups? (Thanks Tony!) It also contains issues relating to subcultures of mission organizations. To subscribe, send an email to ross.woods@mounties.org.au with "subscribe RTU" on subject line. SERVING INTERCULURALLY is very similar but does not use "Christian" language. It is for tentmakers in countries that are closed to regular missiological bulletins for security reasons, but will also appeal to subscribers of RTU. Its discussion is appropriate for secular workers who face the same issues in offering human services in intercultural contexts. Subscribe to same address with "subscribe SI" on the subject line. The TCK BULLETIN discusses the educational, emotional, and social needs of third Culture Kids--kids who are brought up in cultures that are different from the home cultures of their parents. (This includes most missionary kids). Same subscribe address, with "subscribe TCK" as subject. Wycliffe Associates UK are increasing their range of easy-English commentaries on different books of the Bible. These are free to download, use, modify, translate, as needed. 
The International School of The Bible has a web site that offers books and over 100 lessons for free downloading in Acrobat Reader (pdf). ISOB is a Bible school curriculum being used for discipleship and church planting in several African countries and Haiti (Mostly in English, but a few lessons in French and Swahili). All the details are available on their web site for free Bible study and Bible school materials. Materials also available on CD for computer reproduction if web access is a problem. Logos wants missionaries around the world to have native language tools. They also want the countries that are not so commercially viable to be able to get Bible software for their native languages. They are trying to release their next version of Bible Software in as many foreign languages as possible. They have an online collaborative effort set up where people who are fluent in multiple languages can help be a part of the process. http://www.logos.com/titus/language/ So far we have 33 languages in the works! Since most of these languages don't have any commercial market at all, we need all the help we can get in order to release our Bible Software in as many languages as possible for no extra charge.
