We evidently weren’t the only one trying to figure out how to save YouTube videos for offline use. An anonymous user wrote this past week, thanking us, and also pointing us to four great Jesus videos worthy of downloading offline:

So how do you download youtube video for offline viewing? Free software?

yes, how? I missed the method to download and put on dvd.

also, what type of file do you need to put on a DVD so that you can play in on a regular DVD player?

Hi Daves111. I went up to the search blank (top right), put in the word “Youtube” and … bam… 5 seconds later, this item was the 3rd hit in the search list:
