I remember someone approaching our organization with it. It just seemed so expensive… and we wondered whether or not it would come across as a “fad” or a gimmick. Now, two articles have me thinking. The last time I checked into texting donations, the companies that provide the service require the organizations to have very large annual budgets, and the monthly costs are very high.
