Are you hearing it too? We’re picking up lots of buzz about training hubs. We first heard it introduced just over a year ago at a conference designed to connect those who were working in Indonesia. The buzz has only increased over the past year. 24:14 calls them “CPM Hubs.” explaining that they are “experiential learning environments in movement catalyzation that allow learners to see fruitfulness in a shorter amount of time.” Apparently, these hubs are on the rise all over the globe. 24:14 is one of the groups promoting this concept. They describe a 4-phase hub process to see missionary candidates trained & deployed towards catalyzing movements that start other movements. For example, see this PDF document:
