Clicked on the link to their website, but if you don’t already have login name and password, there is nothing you can access and no where to click to register, contact anyone, or otherwise interact. Maybe it is just that way in my browser. I was going to try to register a network but though I saw a moving box that said that was a possibility, there was no link to the form.
